Bob, I can't tell you that your thinking is right on. Being on all sides from being the hiring manager, the interviewee and now looking for a job due to covid it's a different world out there. Networking and connections is huge. There has to be an easier way to connect good people with good companies.

I was just recently searching for a list of Brokers in Bentonville. That list must be under a rock somewhere because I can't find it and if I wanted help selling my product at Walmart, I bet others a challenged to find good options as well. I think this is very timely and will be most relevant in the world we operate in. The culture piece is critical. I spent almost 4 years at CB and whenever I see a member of my alum, we always reminisce about the good old days when we were all one big family. This is a great insight, Joan. First, that these co-worker relationships are special, trusted and true. I've told a lot of folks, "you've got me as a reference for life." Yet it's still so hard to keep those dots connected when people disperse. Second, there's also something special about sharing the partners, vendors, etc. that we all love. We'll explore in that area, too!
