Bob, I can't tell you that your thinking is right on. Being on all sides from being the hiring manager, the interviewee and now looking for a job due to covid it's a different world out there. Networking and connections is huge. There has to be an easier way to connect good people with good companies.
I was just recently searching for a list of Brokers in Bentonville. That list must be under a rock somewhere because I can't find it and if I wanted help selling my product at Walmart, I bet others a challenged to find good options as well. I think this is very timely and will be most relevant in the world we operate in. The culture piece is critical. I spent almost 4 years at CB and whenever I see a member of my alum, we always reminisce about the good old days when we were all one big family.
